Returns & Exchanges

At Motel Rocks, we want you to love your items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return carrier and choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit with an added bonus.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and download your pre-paid shipping label or QR code from the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
